More than a drop-in.
A sharper game.
TassistoJJ brings athletes together in Taroudant for dedicated no-gi sessions. Each training brings focused instruction, useful repetitions and live practice in a welcoming, hardworking atmosphere.
Every session has a clear date, location and spot limit. Book ahead to secure your place, and cancel online if plans change so another member can train.
Train with respect. Get better together.
These rules are adapted for TassistoJJ No-Gi camps from the published training guidelines at Master BJJ.
- 01
Bring sandals or slippers to walk to and from the mat. Train barefoot on the mat.
- 02
No-Gi kit: a clean rashguard, spats under shorts, and shorts without pockets, zippers, or hard trim.
- 03
Arrive clean, keep fingernails and toenails short, and remove jewelry.
- 04
A mouthguard is strongly recommended.
- 05
Listen to the coach and stay focused during instruction; save long technical discussions for after class.
- 06
Train safely and under control. Protect your partner, tap early, and release immediately when they tap.
- 07
Be respectful and helpful with every partner. Match their experience and intensity; the mat is for learning, not proving yourself.
- 08
Work deliberately on your weaker areas and make each round purposeful.
- 09
Do not train with contagious skin conditions, infections, or uncovered open wounds. Tell the coach if injured or unwell.
- 10
Reserve your place in advance. Cancel promptly if you cannot attend so another member can use the spot.
- 11
Shower soon after training and help keep the mat and changing areas clean.
Make room to improve.
